摘要: A mixed type electron emission, i.e., simultaneous ferroelectric and plasma was observed with a negative driving pulse applied to doped Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 ceramics in the absence of any external potential on collector. During these emission studies, significant microstructural changes surface were observed, corresponded different modes. Erosion craters at edge electrode small particles near reflected formation dense there. Comparatively, cavities, grain pullouts, accumulated bare surface, frequency which depended upon its distance from grid. This phenomenon is proposed be result fringing fields associated strain energy due 90° domain switching, could seen as an evidence that occurred areas.
