摘要: Abstract A study of ferroelectric domain configurations in modified lead titanate ceramics by transmission electron microscopy has been carried out to characterize the nature domains. The influences annealing, poling field and grain size on are also discussed. X-ray diffraction was used obtain information about 90° reorientation under different conditions, results correlate with observed high anisotropy electromechanical properties.
