摘要: A conveyor oven for cooking food products using infra-red radiation is described. The uses upper and lower etched foil heaters which are disposed above below the flight of a belt passing therethrough. also includes controller governing speed belt, time exposure to radiation, range wavelength between about 4 5 microns in oven.
