摘要: A comprehensive review of analytical methods for estrogen residues in food and the environment is presented. Both humans animals can excrete estrogen, which be detected environment. Furthermore, replacement therapy livestock manure also make situation worse, as low concentration estrogens has endocrine-disruptive effects such feminization male fish. In this review, we existing methods, including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas (GC), HPLC GC with mass spectrometry (LC/MS GC/MS), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, various bioassays. These are compared each other, advantages disadvantages these highlighted. Specific aspects analytes, sample handling, chromatographic conditions, detection discussed.
