摘要: Abstract A method is proposed for the clean-up and preconcentration of natural synthetic estrogens from aqueous samples employing molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) as selective sorbent solid-phase extraction (SPE). The selectivity MIP was checked toward several selected such estrone (E1), 17β-estradiol (β-E2), 17α-estradiol (α-E2), estriol (E3), 17α-ethinylestradiol (EE2), dienestrol (DIES) diethylstilbestrol (DES). Ultrahigh pressure liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to a TSQ triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (QqQ) used analysis target analytes. chromatographic separation compounds performed in less than 2 min under isocratic conditions. applied spiked river tap water samples. High recoveries (>82%) estrone, 17β-estradiol, 17α-estradiol, were obtained. Lower but still satisfactory (>48%) achieved diethylstilbestrol. validated found be linear range 50–500 ng L −1 with correlation coefficients ( R 2 ) greater 0.995 repeatability relative standard deviation (RSD) below 8% all cases. For 100-mL sample, detection limits (LOD) ranged 4.5 9.8 ng L limit quantitation (LOQ) 14.9 32.6 ng L . To demonstrate potential obtained, comparison commercially available C 18 SPE performed. Molecularly showed higher most compounds. These results suitability MIP-SPE class structurally related estrogens.
