摘要: Laboratory and field studies were carried out in order to assess, a common cyprinid freshwater fish, the chub (Leuciscus cephalus), feasibility of biological methods detect quantify estrogenic effects. In laboratory effects 17beta estradiol investigated on Vitellogenin (Vtg) induction testis organisation. Vtg was quantified by immunodetection using an established ELISA for carp (Cyprinus carpio) Vtg. Estradiol exposure resulted significant rapid increase plasma both male female chub, indicating that vitellogenic response is sensitive estrogen(s). Histological examination males exposed also showed testis. Preliminary wild fish living polluted river had elevated concentrations some alterations compared with from reference site. Together these preliminary results show could be interesting species further environmental estrogens aquatic environment
