Materials Methods: In this experimental case control study sixty adult healthy mice divided into two groups 40 20 treated group. group administered by Iranian Botanical Azadirachta extract, cultivated at Dashteh Moghan (Ardabil province). seeds extracted ethanol then first 50 mg/kg body weight /day 100 weight/day orally 15 days, following WHO guide lines (MB50). target organ, parameters viz. sperm motility, count fertility rate, Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM) morphology spermatozoa ATPase activity were compared. Results: (BW)/day showed no significant change in epididymal compare control. Therefore dose changed BW/day days. organ weights (epididymis) animals not significantly (p>0.05). treatment brought about reduction rate when normal cycling female mated males (p<0.001). Decline caput cauda observed SEM photographs abnormal head bent mid-piece region. Conclusion: Decrease could attributed androgen dependent parameters. However, also reduced decrease motility their morphological abnormalities. Since manifested short period it evident that potential antifertility agent. As do cause weight, electrolyte balance.
