Assessment of nurse–patient communication and patient satisfaction from nursing care

摘要: Aim: Professional communication between nurse and patient has a significant role in satisfaction with nursing care. The aim of this study was to assess nurse– patient patient's from services in the burn wards women men. Design: Participants were all patients admitted Burn wards at Sina Hospital of Tabriz September–December 2018. Nurse–patient and patient's assessed using time discharge. Data analysed by SPSS applying descriptive inferential statistics. Results: results show that most dissatisfied care. More than 80% did not know their nurse. There correlation nurse-patient care sex variable was found be significantly correlated patients’ level. weakness nurses 'communication evident our patients were kind communication, consequently, patients' reported very low. Improving hospital should priorities managers. Therefore, educating staff, especially nurses, identifying motivating factors as well dissatisfaction factors, improved satisfaction.
