摘要: To determine the incidence of microsatellite instability (MSI) and its relationship with both clinicopathologic parameters patient survival, 101 cases breast cancer were investigated. In addition, transforming growth factor‐β (TGF‐β) receptor type II (RII) gene mutation was also examined to clarify relation MSI in development. RII screened by single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP). The mutations confirmed a direct sequence. An association between status clinicopathological features assess potential as prognostic indicator sporadic cases. detected 12 (11.9%) positive showed relatively more advanced disease than negative cases, exhibited poorer prognoses. No observed any Our data suggest that may thus be useful for prognosis However, seems an infrequent target organ development through mutations. As result, tumor progression this pathway appears related specificity. For cancers, other genes therefore still need identified.
