摘要: This study was designed to investigate the inhibitory effects of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britton var. extract on production inflammation-related mediators (NO, ROS, NF-κB, iNOS and COX-2) pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6) in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. frutescents air-dried extracted with ethanol. The dose-dependently decreased generation intracellular reactive oxygen species increased antioxidant enzyme activities, such as superoxide dismutase, catalase glutathione peroxidase lipopolysaccharide stimulated Also, suppressed NO cells. expressions IL-1β IL-6), COX-2 were inhibited by treatment extract. Thus, this shows could be useful for inhibition inflammatory process.
