摘要: Any discussion of either therapeutic or preventive measures for a given disease must first describe the illness, its occurrence and severity, magnitude problem it presents to public health. Respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), hyaline membrane (HMD), is clinical occuring primarily in preterm infants characterized by increasing respiratory which persists at least 48 h improves spontaneously, usually with recovery around 72 age. Clinically, these have grunting, nasal flaring, retractions, tachypnea associated cyanosis; chest radiographic findings are consistent diffuse atelectasis; arterial blood gases show hypoxia hypercarbia absence therapy.
