摘要: We describe the NMR relaxation properties of magnetically labeled cells. The cells are with magnetic nanoparticles (SPIO, USPIO), which generate susceptibility contrast. geometry and surrounding tissue is considered. assume that accumulate to form a core radius RC inside cell. correlation time , describes motion spins around this core, analyzed. Using strong collision approach, explicit expressions derived for transverse rate R2 * containing as function radius, diffusion coefficient, concentration
