摘要: Hepatocellular adenoma (HA) and focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) are 2 rare, benign liver neoplasms that often discovered incidentally. To date, few genetic changes have been found in these lesions. However, the pathways of p53 Wnt signaling, which may be most common molecular targets involved tumorgenesis, were studied HA FNH. Ten HAs 11 FNHs analyzed for loss heterozygosity (LOH) sequencing analysis mutation hot spots exons 5 to 8 gene. No LOH or mutant sequences identified, indicating was not associated with Genes signaling pathway, including beta-catenin, axin, adenomatous polyposis coli (APC), also studied. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification direct all samples FNH displayed no mutations exon 3 beta-catenin (30%) contained interstitial deletions from 4. Truncated forms detected by Western blot immunohistochemical analyses showed they had accumulated cytoplasm nuclei. axin APC genes, changes, allelic loss, point mutations, any FNHs. In conclusion, participates might play a more important role formation than FNH, but is development either
