摘要: ABSTRACTAn evaluability assessment of a program to save critically endangered bird helped prepare the Blue-throated Macaw Environmental Education Project for evaluation and improvement. The facilitated agreement among key stakeholders on criteria intended uses information in order maximize utility an evaluation. Developing logic model other activities agree objectives, description, options, questions, plan. Conducting this low-cost exploratory exercise before actual is good strategy improve implementation quality wisely allocate resources, particularly programs with limited budget, staff, or expertise.
