摘要: Abstract MicroRNAs (miRs) are a class of small non-coding RNAs that involved in the regulation gene expression, and cancer development progression. In present study, miR-320 expression was found to be significantly reduced glioma tissue comparison with adjacent healthy tissues. vitro analyses demonstrated overexpression inhibited cell proliferation metastasis, while antisense oligonucleotides enhanced migration U251 SHG-44 lines, compared negative control cells. Protein E2F1, cell-cycle regulator, negatively regulated by miR-320. Therefore, study provides novel insights into association between development.
