摘要: We have observed nonorthogonal twinning in thin film oxide perovskites. This geometry is equivalent to a 60° rotation of the twinned crystallites about [111] direction an [001] oriented film. not detectable by standard x‐ray tests for quality (a radial θ–2θ scan and φ at chi 45°). In this study we observe films PbZrxTi1−xO3, BaTiO3, SrRuO3 grown sputtering MOCVD on MgO SrTiO3. These twins are deposited substrate with which there large lattice mismatch that oxygen deficient environment. propose these result from plastic deformation associated misfit accommodation discuss twin nature interface.
