摘要: Among a population of 75 hospitalised Parkinsonian subjects, confusional states were observed in 46% demented patients not receiving anticholinergic drugs and 93% under therapy. The sensitivity Parkinsonians to can be attributed cholinergic deficiency which has been detected the cortex hippocampus post-mortem. observations suggest that medication should avoided with intellectual impairment.
