摘要: Cultured bovine aortic endothelial cells were fixed and stained with NBD-phallicidin quantitated a digital image analyzer for changes in actin cables surface area. Serotonin (5-HT), norepinephrine (NE), dopamine histamine (all at 10(-4)M concentrations) tested their ability to induce cytoskeletal changes. Only 5-HT NE increased significantly (p less than 0.01), 80.7% 97.9%, respectively. Dopamine treated showed 67.4% 80.8% decrease respectively 0.01). Stimulated increases of by inhibited Ketanserin, propranolol stimulation cables. Treatment these blockers alone also decreased below control values Pretreatment diphenhydramine, but not cimetidine, histamine-induced decreases Stimulation area was observed, 40.8% respectively, when compared controls The associated lack ruffled edges that are indicative motile cells. In contrast, induced resulted edges. Exogenous have been shown prevent the permeability visible as extravasation red blood from postcapillary venules thrombocytopenic animals. present data suggest may be involved maintaining barrier function receptor-mediated Also, correlated amine's action vivo mediator inflammatory permeability.
