摘要: Morphological transitions such as the order-to-order transition (OOT) and order-to-disorder (ODT) for an asymmetric polystyrene-block-polyisoprene (PS-b-PI) were investigated in bulk film. The PS-rich block copolymer (BCP) possessed lamella morphology (LAM), which transformed to gyroid (GYR) then disordering (DIS) with increasing temperature. Between LAM GYR, a perforated layered structure (PL) phase mixture (Fddd + GYR) of poorly ordered Fddd GYR observed. On other hand, film coated on PS-grafted substrate showed from random epitaxially oriented hexagonally modulated layer (HML) morphology.
