摘要: The influence of water loading on urinary excretion free cortisol and cortisone was investigated in healthy men. results were as follows: tests (intake 0.25-1.5 L) a single individual showed that load 1.5 L reliably increased the urine, (p 0.05) 26.3 microg/5 h < 0.02). In summary, men depends urine volume, especially during diuresis. Thus, interpretation is only possible if subjects strictly control their fluid intake volume considered an important pre-analytical parameter-otherwise, difficult data remains tenuous at best.
