摘要: Cytokine polymorphisms may contribute to the prevalence of respiratory distress syndrome. The present study was done investigate frequency interleukin- (IL-) 10 and tumor necrosis factor- (TNF-) α gene their association with risk RDS in preterm infants. One-hundred nineteen patients 119 healthy infants were enrolled. PCR restriction fragment length polymorphism used determine IL-10 TNF-α genotypes at -1082 A -308 A, respectively. out 238 had (50%). age mothers gestational ranged 17-45 (mean: 28.6 ± 5.3) years 24-34 34.3 2.38) weeks, Totally, 23 deaths recorded group. Incidence TNF-α-308 A/A G/A 84% 16%, TNF-a-308 G/G not found both groups. Prevalence IL-10-1082 variants 65.5% 34.5%, incidence allele G lower group (P < 0.05). We that correlated sex, age, IL-10-1082.
