摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, nonprotein-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression. Although hundreds of human miRNA genes have been discovered, the functions most these unknown. Computational predictions indicate miRNAs, which account for at least 1% protein-coding genes, protein production thousands or possibly all genes. We discuss mammalian miRNAs and experimental computational methods used to detect predict target Anticipating their impact on genome-wide discovery targets, we describe various tools web-based resources available targets.
