摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect micro-encapsulated synbiotic application at different frequencies for luminous disease control in white shrimp ( Litopenaeus vannamei ). is caused by Vibri o harveyi . In experiment, a which combination probiotic Bacillus sp. NP5 Rf R and oligosaccharides from sweet potato Ipomea batatas L.) jago variety apllied. encapsulated spray drying method. vivo experiment conducted supplementing shrimp’s diet with 40 days. Treatments included administration i.e. once week (A), twice (B), daily (C), without (control treatment). treatment consisted positive (K+) negative (K-) controls. After 30 days period, all were challenged intramuscular injection pathogenic V concentration 10 6 CFU ml -1 except control. C resulted significantly higher survival rate (SR), specific growth (SGR), immune responses than those controls, whereas feed conversion ratio (FCR) lower addition, population sp total bacterial count (TBC) intestines increased, V. vibrio (TVC) compared
