摘要: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of dose and challenge routes Vibrio spp. on co-infection with white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) in specific pathogen-free (SPF) Penaeus vannamei shrimp. Juvenile shrimp were first injected WSSV at a 30 SID 50 -1 (SID = infectious 50% endpoint) 24 h later 10 3 ,10 4 5 or 6 CFU V. campbellii. Controls did not die during experiment, except ones that received (35-65%). In WSSV-inoculated shrimp, 100% cumulative mortality reached 144-360 post injection (hpi). WSSV-infected died much faster when least campbellii at48-96 hpi virus. The density haemolymph co-infected moribund collected after significantly higher than only. There no difference number cells between inoculated only, compared dually ones. Shrimp which WSSVand (or 48 h) exposed 7 , 8 ml by immersion show any accelerated mortality. When challenged another species, harveyi BB120, noted BB120. conclusion, it can be stated synergistic is influenced dose, species infection route inoculation bacteria.
