摘要: Protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7) has been studied in various tumors, but its role prostate cancer remains unknown. This study is aimed to investigate the prognostic and predictive significance of PTK7 patients with cancer. expression was evaluated by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) Western blot analysis 20 pairs benign prostatic hyperplasia specimens specimens. Then, we examined immunohistochemical 180 clinical significances. Elevated significantly associated lymph node metastases, seminal vesicle invasion, stage, higher preoperative prostate-specific antigen, Gleason score, angiolymphatic biochemical recurrence. The results revealed that overexpression an independent factor for poor overall survival recurrence-free survival. present data provide evidence predicts metastasis survival, highlighting potential function as a therapeutic target
