摘要: Abstract Structures of glycolipids isolated from human granulocytes were elucidated by fast atom bombardment-mass spectrometry, methylation analysis, and exo- endoglycosidase treatment. All neutral glycolipids, with saccharide residues ranging 2 to 10, found have linear N-acetyllactosaminyl backbones. The majority contain one or two fucosyl attached N-acetylglucosamine through the Fuc alpha 1----3 linkage reactive monoclonal antibody specific Gal beta 1----4(Fuc 1----3)GlcNAc, Lex structure. Their general structure can be expressed as follows: (formula; see text) where n = 0-3. Glycolipids containing sialic acid (gangliosides) also backbones joined this backbone either 2----3 2----6 linkage. gangliosides following structure: ceramide was composed sphingosine d18:1 long-chain base C16:0 (as a major component) C24:1 minor fatty acid. Analysis granulocytes, erythrocytes, whole blood cells revealed that, among prepared cells, dihexaosylceramide, lactoneotetraosylceramide, above described lactoneo series are present in but barely erythrocytes.
