摘要: Objective. To investigate the repeatability and safety of measuring impulse oscillation system (IOS) parameters point wheezing during bronchoprovocation testing preschool children. Methods. Two sets methacholine challenge were conducted in 36 asthma The test was discontinued if there a significant change reactance (Xrs5) resistance (Rrs5) at 5 Hz (Condition 1) or respiratory distress due to airway obstruction 2). PC80_Xrs5, PC30_Rrs5, (PCw) assessed. changes -scores SD-indexes from prebaseline (before testing) postbaseline (after bronchodilator) determined. Results. For PCw for subjects, PC80_Xrs5 showed highest repeatability. Fifteen 70 tests met Condition . pre- values varied significantly Rrs5 Xrs5. Excluding subjects with higher than 2SD, we able detect 97.1% bronchial hyperresponsiveness based on A IOS associated all frequencies. Conclusion. Xrs5 have comparable FEV1, is more reliable Rrs5. Clinicians can safely perform by Rrs5, Xrs5, values.
