摘要: Abstract When V 2 and 3 bands are present in KI crystals additively colored with iodine, the ionic conductivity region from 90 to 200°C is found be enhanced, but an unchanged activation energy. A stoichiometric excess of iodine presumably gives rise two cation vacancies holes per molecule. The enhanced indicates that not all introduced bound centers. Some them free. center models Seitz compatible this result, those Hersh Effenberger are, although addition one vacancy their would also consistent increase. An interpretation several earlier experiments on centers made terms above models.
