摘要: Ionic conductivity of pure and doped KI is measured in the temperature range 200 to 700°c. A large contribution by anion vacancies observed at high temperatures. The solubility Ba2+ much higher than that Cd2+, Pb2+ Ca2+. behaviour with similar KCl NaCl divalent cation impurities. CO32- also good. Crystals show an increase temperatures owing vacancy concentration. At lower suppressed impurity. values obtained for various energies activation crystals are Ec = (0·72±0·02) ev migration a vacancy, EA (1·50±0·05) Ws (1·6±0·1) formation separated pair Schottky Wc 0·26 association
