摘要: A new technique for the evaluation of defect parameters (enthalpy and entropy creation a pair vacancies, enthalpy migration these free energy formation divalent cation—cation vacancy complexes) has been developed. Unlike all previous approaches this method analyzing conductance data does not make any approximations other than those inherent in Teltow nearest‐neighbor model. The application to measurements specific single crystals pure KCl KCl+SrCl2 is described.
