摘要: Peppers (Capsicum spp.) are one of the most important vegetables and their double use (vegetable or spice) two commercial stages (unripe fully ripe) contributed to in many recipes fast diffusion from America. Nowadays, Spain is a center diversity for C. annuum, with landraces, offering great opportunity adaptation organic cultivation. Furthermore, Capsicum peppers contain bioactive compounds, essential provide high added-value these cultivars, especially markets, although knowledge about effect cultivation on fruit quality still scarce. Here, 37 accessions Spanish landraces foreign materials annuum other species were grown under conventional conditions evaluated ascorbic acid (AAC), total phenolics (TP) red yellow/orange carotenoids, considering both ripening stages. A large genotypic variation was found within each stage growing condition studied traits. Also, showed levels, ripe fruits richest. Organic enabled higher levels AAC TP average (135 vs 117 mg·100 g-1 232 206 g-1) accessions, genotype×growing interaction also contributed, but at lower extent, observed variation. Significant genotype×ripening conditions×ripening interactions found, suggesting that magnitude increase depends accession conditions. By contrast, there no differences between carotenoids mainly due genotype factor. Finally, favourable allowed identifying several different types uses very compounds cultivation, particularly (>500 g-1).
