摘要: The standard treatment for stroke risk patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) is the use of oral anticoagulants (OACs). However, a substantial number have relative or absolute contraindications to OACs due concerns major bleeding and other adverse effects while using anticoagulation therapy. Recently, occurrences exclusion left appendage (LAA) in contraindication therapy are widely expanding worldwide, causing contentious discussions.
