摘要: Excess adiposity is associated with increased incidence of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Importantly, CVD mortality obesity more prevalent in young individuals. Elevated sympathetic nervous system (SNS) activity present obesity, even individuals who are and otherwise healthy. Baseline SNS overactivity, as well blunted sympathetically mediated thermogenic response to a meal may play critical role the development progression which likely develop result multiple factors. Recent data indicate that skeletal muscle directly related degree renal, endothelial cardiac dysfunction Targeting be an attractive important avenue for pharmacological treatment obesity-related disturbances.
