Patients undergoing haemodialysis have cope with many adversities, regarding physical symptoms, specific dietary regimes changes in their body image. present qualitative study aimed investigate lived experiences of patients Greece. Topics relating treatment were raised 10 form semi-structured interviews. A descriptive phenomenological research method was used analyse narrated dialysis. Unemployment, functional disturbance, non-adherence medication diet schedule, social isolation, fatigue, psychological distress sexual dysfunction emerged as main concerns following a critical review themes. Our findings provide evidence which can be useful health professionals managers services offered end-stage renal disease patients. Tailored interventions developed support depressed, anxious, those who endorse negative beliefs, an effort address issues compromised quality life.
