摘要: In the present study, zinc content was determined in discrete hippocampal and amygdaloid areas of 3 strains mice (El, ddY CBA) using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Zinc significantly lower dentate area El strain compared to CBA strains. The mouse is considered animal model for epilepsy seizures this appear originate hippocampus. results suggest possible involvement pathophysiology convulsive epileptic mouse.
