摘要: Chlamydia trachomatis genital infection is the most common bacterial sexually transmitted disease worldwide. Previously we reported that cold-induced stress results in immune suppression of mice subsequently leads to increased intensity muridarum infection. Furthermore, demonstrated stressed orally fed with active hexose correlated compound (AHCC) have reduced shedding C. from tract. However, mechanism AHCC on reducing organ load and changes response model not well known. This study evaluated immunological parameters AHCC-fed or without We hypothesized feeding restores protective function reduces susceptibility Results show oral resulted decreased tract, production plasma catecholamines, expression T-bet GATA-3 CD4+ T cells, IL-12 IFN-γ, IL-4 enhanced surface markers co-stimulatory molecules bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs), natural killer cells. Co-culturing mature BMDCs splenic led T-helper 1 T-helper2 cytokines, respectively. Overall, our fosters restoration Th1 cytokine while Th2 production, which would promote clearance murine model.
