摘要: Phthalate esters with short alkyl chains, such as di-ethyl (DEP), di-n-propyl (DPP), and di-butyl phthalate (DBP), have adjuvant effects on an FITC-induced contact hypersensitivity mouse model. The of DPP DBP are associated enhanced trafficking FITC-presenting CD11b dendritic cells (DC). DEP has relatively weak activity to FITC-positive cell migration. Here we demon- strated that also increased the number CD8alpha DC in draining lymph nodes. We found production interleukin-4 nodes after FITC sensitiza- tion DEP, DPP, or DBP, suggesting additional mechanism esters.
