摘要: 1. Nine subjects recorded oral temperature and collected unstimulated submandibular saliva stimulated by sour lemon drops at a constant flow rate of 1 ml./min, about 07.00, 11.00, 14.00, 17.00 22.00 h daily for time spans 11 days. 2. Least-squares cosine waves were fitted to the data test presence characteristics circadian rhythms results subjected cosinor analysis Rayleigh assess statistical significance any group as whole (i.e. whether or not computed acrophases randomly distributed throughout 24 day). 3. Unstimulated showed rhythms, significant whole, in concentrations sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride inorganic phosphate but protein calcium. 4. Stimulated calcium, protein. Oral also rhythm. 5. Because high amplitude many these they must be taken into account when establishing normal range salivary values, composition is used an indicator systemic disease implicated aetiology disease.
