摘要: Objective To evaluate the volumetric changes occurring from prosthesis insertion to 1-year follow-up (FU) using one- and two-piece dental implants. Methods Sixty patients were randomly assigned receive one-piece or implants. Casts obtained at baseline (insertion of final reconstruction) 1 year loading. Finally, 33 pairs casts (BRA = 18, STM = 15) deemed appropriate for analysis peri-implant tissues. If had more than one implant, was selected analysis. scanned obtain stereolithography (STL) files. Baseline FU digital models superimposed with an image program. Linear measurements performed including (i) crown height (CHCs), (ii) changes, (iii) in tissue thickness three levels below mucosal margin on buccal side implants (at 1,3, 5 mm). The Mann–Whitney U-test paired t-test used analyze data between two groups patient as unit analysis. Results No significant differences observed linear measurements. mean CHCs group amounted 0.02 mm (SD ± 0.32), whereas exhibited a change −0.17 mm (±0.57). volume (VCs) −0.12 mm (±0.27) (two-piece group) −0.03 mm (±0.29) (one-piece group). With regard thickness, presented −0.15 mm (±0.20) 1 mm, −0.06 mm 3 mm, −0.2 mm (±0.51) 5 mm. respective values (±0.35), 0.01 mm (±0.28), −0.01 mm levels. None reached significance. Positive correlations seen 1 3 mm both (P < 0.05). Significant positive found VCs 1 mm 5 mm (P < 0.05). Conclusion Within first year loading, minimal occur height, facial implant types.
