Effect of the multiple reflections of a light beam on the thermal wave field of a sample of finite thickness

摘要: The thermal wave field in a sample of thickness L and optical absorption coefficient β is derived analyzed, by considering the effects multiple reflections modulated light beam within sample. By comparing corresponding amplitude phase spectra, presence absence those reflections, it shown that their are strongly determined product βL. When measured at illuminated surface, appear remarkably on thermally thin thick regimes, respectively, for βL≲2. deviation spectrum due to incident can be as large 25%.
