摘要: A hybrid protein includes two coexpressed amino acid sequences forming a dimer. Each sequence contains the binding portion of receptor, such as TBP1 or TBP2, ligand, IL-6, IFN-βand TPO, linked to subunit heterodimeric proteinaceous hormone, hCG. corresponding hormone so form heterodimer upon expression. Corresponding DNA molecules, expression vectors and host cells are also disclosed pharmaceutical compositions method producing proteins.
