摘要: The role of H-2 was evaluated in T cell recognition Mls-encoded antigens during primary mixed lymphocyte responses (MLR). Mlsc used as a stimulating determinant MLR and its by cells assessed linear regression analysis under culture conditions which (A x B)F1 responder number the factor limiting total response. Results such experiments indicated presence distinct subpopulations capable differentially recognizing foreign Mls antigen association with one or other parental haplotype.
