摘要: The temperature and magnetic field dependence of the resistivity thin Mg Au films are measured. parameters weak localization such as inelastic lifetime ${\ensuremath{\tau}}_{i}(T)$ spin-orbit (so) coupling time ${\ensuremath{\tau}}_{\mathrm{so}}$ evaluated. film which has a small can be changed into strong coupler by covering it with 0.25 monolayers Au. Since is not affected amount only one parameter changed. This does alter magnetoresistance but also resistance. whole set curves well described theory. change essentially allows to separate temperature-dependent resistance caused from other contributions.
