Optical properties of Eu2+ and laser site selective spectroscopy of Eu3+ in CsCdBr3

摘要: Abstract Spectroscopic studies of europium ions in CsCdBr 3 are reported. In this material, two ionized states observed for ion. The structure the Eu 2+ absorption spectrum is discussed and crystal field parameters evaluated. energies 7 F J components 4f 6 configuration determined. optical properties trivalent species investigated using site selective laser technique. Several centres observed. A complete analysis energy levels 3+ ion associated with main centre has been performed. Polarized emission spectra showed precise symmetry Stark multiplets centre. presented B q k calculated. Theoretical experimental values 5 D 0,1 ( = 1,2,3,4) good agreement. Finally, a short discussion about nature minor carried out.
