摘要: Abstract Purpose A detailed evaluation of the corneo-scleral-profile (CSP) is particular relevance in soft and scleral lenses fitting. The aim this study was to use optical coherence tomography (OCT) analyse profile limbal sclera evaluate relationship between central corneal radii, eccentricity radii. Methods Using OCT (Optos OCT/SLO; Dunfermline, Scotland, UK) radii (SR) 30 subjects (11 M, 19F; mean age 23.8 ± 2.0SD years) were measured eight meridians 45° apart. Central (CR) (CE) evaluated using Oculus Keratograph 4 (Oculus, Wetzlar, Germany). Differences SR associations topography assessed. Results Median along (58.0; interquartile range, 46.8–84.8 mm) significantly (p  Conclusions With device used it possible measure different meridians. Scleral are independent may provide additional data useful fitting contact lenses.
