摘要: During the last 20–30 years, a large body of epidemiologic, cytogenetic, and experimental studies have supported hypothesis that tumors are caused by genetic damage. The recent advances in molecular biology definitively proved this was correct, at present there is no doubt basic lesion malignant cell an abnormality DNA structure or sequence which results uncontrolled growth. Two particular classes genes been identified — oncogenes tumor suppressor major importance initiation progression human malignancies [1].
