摘要: This paper describes the assessment of “all-hazards” capabilities a theory hazard preparedness based on identifying personal- and social-level processes (community participation, collective efficacy, empowerment trust) that interact to facilitate decision making under conditions uncertainty. It is argued because hazards differ in their characteristics behavior, thus implications for what people have do prepare, any needs be tested its all-hazards applicability. Data from susceptible experiencing tsunami, earthquake, wildfire influenza substantially respective requirements were analysed using structural equation modelling. Analyses confirmed ability model contribute accounting differences levels irrespective consideration. The discusses practical findings development application risk communication community outreach programs used sustained preparedness.
