摘要: Angiopoietins are important growth factors for vascular development and quiescence. They promising targets pro- or anti-angiogenic therapies in diverse pathologies, but the mechanisms of ANGPT/TIE2 system complex not well understood. In present study, separate combined effects angiopoietin 1 2 were studied, using a recently developed vitro angiogenesis model that allows both quantitative qualitative evaluation angiogenic cascade. This cell culture was performed with microvascular endothelial cells (ECs) originating from different beds, i.e. dermal ECs cardiac ECs. addition, expression angiopoietins receptors, TIE1 TIE2 analyzed RT-qPCR. study revealed provoked differential response two cultures. Both as elicited an cascade RT-qPCR data marked differences endogenous pattern these factors, indicating origin might have impact on their potential.
