摘要: In total, 40 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from cystic fibrosis (CF) patients were included in this study. Twenty of these collected 1994 and 1997, six CF patients, the rest different 2000 2001. The relative expression mRNA for efflux pump protein MexY was determined by real-time PCR correlated with susceptibilities to amikacin tobramycin. chromosomal genes mexZ, rplY, galU, PA5471 nuoG, which found have a role gradual increase MICs aminoglycoside antibiotics laboratory mutants P. aeruginosa, analysed. overproduction 17/20 decreased susceptibility aminoglycosides. Alteration MexXY-OprM system has been main mechanism resistance over 3-year period. several isolates, gene product might some effect on elevated Inactivation galU and/or nuoG may explain aminoglycosides but probably not environment, as rplY unaltered all expressed only one isolate. No 16S rRNA A-site mutations any four copies 13 investigated isolates.
