摘要: Overweight and obesity before conception as well excessive weight gain during pregnancy are associated with endocrinological changes of mother fetus. Insulin resistance physiologically increases pregnancy, additional further insulin resistance. In combination reduced secretion this leads to gestational diabetes which may develop into type-2-diabetes. The adipose tissue produces TNF-alpha, interleukins leptin upregulates these adipokines. induce inflammatory processes vascular dysfunction, explains the increased rate pregnancy-related hypertension pre-eclampsia in obese pregnant women. Between 14 28 weeks, fetal is generated number fat lobules determined. Thereafter, an increase arranged by enlargement (hypertrophy), or even cells (hyperplasia). Human animal studies have shown that maternal "programmes" offspring for chronic disease. Pregnant women, midwives, physicians health care politicians should be better informed about prevention, pathophysiological mechanisms, burden society caused before, after pregnancy.
